I'm trying to build a model of the Empire State Building from scratch. Any ideas where I can find the dimensions and measurements of the entire building? is there a software program or something that can help me?

  An elevation graphic can be found here. The plot size is 197.50 x 425.00 ft. Except for lots of photos for details and different elevations, I can't point to resources other than books that should have measurements to offer. ED

      As per the ESB entry (did I ask to read the building entries before postin'?), the (nowadays closed) top "floor" observatory at the end of the "spire", which also has floors, is called the 102nd floor observatory. I guess that's the answer. ED
