21 - HOW DO THEY GET THOSE CRANES UP THERE?

How do they get the cranes on top of the skyscrapers when they are under constuction? And, then, how do they get them down?

  Lifting them upper gradually as the construction work progresses.
  Dismantling and taking them down in pieces. ED.
