It is well known that the Cityspire is 814 feet. I recently read however that the tower is 11 feet taller than what zoning allowed. This was caused by the structure(concrete)expanding. The developer stated that although taller it didn't result in any profits for him. The zoning board rejected his plea however and said the tower wasn't allowed to rise as high as it did.
My question is what happened?
The board wouldn't let the tower rise the height it is, but dind't ask the developer to remove 11 feet. So what happened?
