180 - CIVIC ARCHITECTURE

Moaning: Frankly, I have to say that I'm gradually getting somewhat p*ssed off about providing for free (and rather certainly with no source credit given) info for these college etc. profession studies (one of which this seems yet again be, connected with the previous one; these can be namely recognized not only from two or more requests coming at the same time, but also by the theoretical nature of the questions... ;^)).
If I had had back then access to such an archi library that most of these faculties have -- as well as the wealth of pages in WWW, which was then only emerging -- I'd been rather well equipped to try the approach of empirical studies and seeking of information from literary sources and volumes. I guess that information seeking is still teached at colleges and polytechs??? Some of these inquirers may indeed have studied the issues before resorting to the "asking phase", but somehow I'm quite pessimistic...
I know this 'Scraper "Forum" is just for asking questions which I (and occasionally even somebody other...) try to answer, but providing time after time answers to questions that any archi first-grader should be able to answer with a blindfold (well, maybe not
these questions, tho) is disheartening, especially as I help these people to actually pass exams... Gulp.
Moaning off.
