I'm intersted in the inetrior planning of a typical floor awa the ratio of net/total
area in offices buildings (clasical ,cloosed ,offices)

The interior planning is of course much dependent on individual conditions and
needs, like the type of structural framework for the building (internal columns vs.
external supports etc.) or the method of dividing the spaces (office rooms with
fixed walls vs. open offices/movable screens). Naturally the final use of the space
has also to be taken into account. See the additional info on the
Sony Bldg. renovation for an example.
What comes to the floor ratios, at least the World
Trade Center towers have an office vs. total floor area ratio of approx.
75%, which was a rather good figure for a building of its kind. More examples
are welcome... ED.
