There was a documentary television series produced on the building of the Worldwide Plaza. The series was called "Skyscraper" and was shown in England circa. 1991. A book by Karl Sabbagh, "Skyscraper: The Making Of A Building" accompanied the series. A VHS was produced. Where can I get hold of this VHS?
