When I visit NYC I see lots of models of the Empire State building for sale at tourist stores. Why do I never see models of the Chrystler buildong for sale or where can I buy one???

  Some of the tourist gift stores near Times Square do sell models of the Chrysler Building. One that I saw today is at 1578 Broadway, at (I think) 47th St.
  Someone at another of the stores told me that there is only one company that produces the Chrysler models, which may explain why they're harder to find than Empire State models.

  Models of the Chrysler Building are available at Yan's Collection Inc., 126 Mullberry St. in Little Italy as of Dec 27, 1998 - I saw them there.

  Everything NYC carries a healthy variety of NYC-related "memorabilia". Also building models. ED
