I am looking for photos and or posters of the NYC skyline as seenfrom the
Hudson and East River sides that also identify buildings and landmarks.
Any help in locating same would be greatly appreciated.

If you are looking for photos by which you can identify turn of the century
lower manhattan buildings, the best "photo" guide is Kings Views of New York
published way back then. The only libraries that would probably have it would
be at arch colleges or in New York I'm guessing. The GRC at IIT in Chicago has
a copy.

At least the Spirit of Broadway store at Broadway between 47th and
48th Sts. has a number of very good 33 x 95 cm panorama prints that come
either in a roll ($19.99 incl. tube) or framed (I've written to my notes $79,
so maybe it was so...). Midtown view from Queens, night view from Brooklyn etc.
I saw, all in all, four different panoramas in the window. Very stylish &
good value, I'd say (especially as non-framed). Also saw these somewhere
else in the city, but the abovementioned store was well equipped with them.
